MCSA, the Monterey County Sports Academy, was created with a heartfelt purpose to open doors for children and give them a place to belong, grow, and dream. Through the power of soccer, we provide more than just a sport, we provide hope, guidance, and a safe space where confidence and character can flourish.
Our mission is to nurture young hearts and minds by surrounding them with encouragement, mentorship, and a community that believes in them. We welcome children as young as three-four years old, planting seeds of self-belief early, so they can discover their potential both on and off the field.
Today, we are honored to serve around one hundred and fifty students from schools throughout Monterey County, each with their own story, talents, and dreams. With designated practice and scrimmage days for every grade, we ensure that every child gets the chance to play, grow, and feel seen.
But our vision reaches further. We are committed to expanding, so that every child especially those who need it most can have a place where they feel supported, valued, and inspired to rise. No child should be left without opportunity, and we are here to make sure they aren’t.

Phase One
The first step of the journey, where participants learn the fundamentals of the game while building confidence in a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment.

Involves special invitations to advance training sessions for those who demonstrate commitment and a strong desire to grow.

The final stage, where dedicated players earn their place on official teams and step into a new chapter of challenge of growth, competition, and personal transformation.
