MCSA, also known as Monterey County Soccer Academy, is a youth development program dedicated to providing meaningful opportunities through soccer. Its mission is to empower young athletes by providing a supportive environment where they can begin their journey as early as the age of four. Currently, the program operates with several youth that belong to various schools throughout the Monterey County. We serve approximately one hundred students in grades one through six. Each grade currently has an assigned practice and scrimmage day, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to participate and grow. The program’s goal is to expand by creating multiple teams to accommodate more student.

Phase One
Introduces participants to the program, where they are taught the fundamentals of the game in a supportive environment.

Involves special invitations to advance training sessions for those who demonstrate commitment and a strong desire to grow.

The final stage, in which selected players are placed on official teams and begin competitive play.
Our goal
